We offer a one-time 7-Day Free Trial per user or company. As our analyst team does significant research, setup and optimization work during the trial, we can’t offer multiple trials for the same person or company, and we require a credit card to ensure a smooth transition to a paying plan should you choose to continue. We send a reminder 2 days before your trial ends.
If you’re on our 7-day trial service, you may cancel at any time prior to the 7th day at no charge. To do so, click here. If your trial expired and you have not canceled, your paid plan will be started.

To change your credit card, please visit the plans page, click on your current plan, and enter your new credit card information. (As long as you select the same plan, you won't be charged - it will just replace the current one.)

We take our customers’ security very seriously. To that end, we have partnered with Stripe, the leading card processor used by Twitter and Kickstarter among others. The credit card entry form is SSL-secured and rendered directly by Stripe. We never see your credit card number at all, and Stripe uses it only for validation - thereafter it only keeps an encrypted version that cannot be decrypted back to your actual number.
Stripe does not accept Paypal so unfortunately we can only accept credit cards.
